Community Room Courses for 2014-15

Free courses every Wednesday 1:00-3:30 in the community room. If you are interested please contact Tracey Tee or Suzanne Pearce. Parents are politely requested not to bring small children to the sessions wherever possible.
Kent Adult Education are offering the following courses through out the year. School staff will support some sessions to support your understanding of how we teach reading and calculation. Please come along to the sessions, they are offered free of charge.  A great way to share and meet with eachother and there are even free biscuits!

We need a minimum of 9 people per course, so Kent Adult Education will cancel the courses if insufficient people show interest.

Term 1 and 2:  Flying Start

For 12 weeks all new parents are invited along to learn how to support your child’s Maths and English at the start of their school life.


Term 3 and 4: Family English

For 12 weeks all parents are welcome to attend for support in English Language skills to support the family. Sessions will be tailored to your needs.


Term 5: Support your child’s Mathematics

For 6 weeks come along to learn how your child learns Maths.


Term 6: Support your child’s English

For 6 weeks come along to learn how your child learns English.
