Seahorses Forest School

Class: Paddington Class (Y1/2) Year: 2021 - 2022

11/10/21 The children had so much fun in Forest School this morning. We started the morning by playing a game of 'I spy' to see what we could find in the Forest. Next, they made a 'leaf kebab' by collecting Autumn leaves. Afterwards, they did leaf printing and rubbing. I think their favourite part was toasting the marshmallows! They also had time to play and explore in the Forest.

29/11/21 The children made christmas decorations and cooked S'mores.

28.3.22 The children had a go at making a spark and setting cotton wool on fire- they were very excited about this! They made habitats for different animals and finished the session with a story, marshmallow and hot chocolate!

13.06.22 The children did lots of work in the forest linked to our castle topic. They made leaf crowns and used hammers to print leaves on to flags. They even ate popcorn that was popped over the fire!
