From making our own instruments in EYFS to learning to play ukulele to being part of our Young Voices choir, there are lots of ways for children to access music at Guston.
This year so far...
... our fabulous Young Voices choir performed at The O2 in London as part of the world's largest schoool choir with 9,000 other children.
... this year's YV choir have already started rehearsing for the 2020 O2 concert.
... our Guston choir has performed in several school celebration assemblies.
... EYFS have had fun making their own instruments and playing them.
... children in key stage 1 are busy learning the songs for their Nativity play in December.
... Year 4 have followed on from their successful recorder playing last year and have started to learn how to play the ukulele.
... Year 6 have learned to play the recorder.
... Guston Sings Christmas will be performing at Guston Village Hall in December.
